Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All of our products are 3D printed to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. Custom or large orders may take a bit longer — if so, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

• USA: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days
  Please note: delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays or customs.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.

Packaging

We pack all 3D-printed items with care to prevent damage in transit. Recyclable and eco-conscious packaging is used whenever possible.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up at all, contact us at sscdesign3d@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and any relevant photos. We’ll do our best to make it right with a replacement or refund.

Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup in Hiram, GA. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll contact you via email to coordinate a time.
